The distribution in Howell and Webb includes the highlands of
southern Guatemala, southern Honduras and northern El Salvador.
All of my records fall within this range, with sightings in
El Salvador at Montecristo and Perquin, sightings in Honduras
at La Tigra, Celaque and Copan and sightings in Guatemala only
at Volcan Agua. This is not a species that I have seen often
at any of these sites and I have rarely had prolonged views.
